Pat Price - Chairman
Pat graduated with honors from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona in 1973 with a degree in Business Management. He has been affiliated with Allmark since 1993. In 1998, he acquired all of the outstanding stock of Allmark, Inc. Pat, a Certified Public Accountant, spent 25 years in public accounting starting with Responsibilities included strategic planning to achieve wealth creation and management for individuals and companies. Pat has been a real estate investor and client advisor for over 25 years. He focused and expanded his skills in finance, accounting, and real estate investing privately owned companies based in Southern California.Pat is involved in all top-level activities of Allmark, Inc., including acquisitions and
operations.

Wayne Slavitt- Chief Executive Officer
Wayne is a licensed real estate broker in California, Arizona, and Texas. He has extensive experience in business and real estate as an investment banker, chief financial officer and president/chief executive officer for several companies. Having been associated with Allmark since 1993, Wayne took over as Chief Executive Officer in 2004. During Wayne's tenure, Allmark has expanded its market focus into Texas and Bullhead City, Arizona. Wayne has also coordinated the sale of seven properties and the refinancing of several loans at Allmark.

Mike Krcelic - Vice President
Mike graduated from California State University at Fullerton in 1978 with a degree in Finance/Accounting. He joined Allmark in 2005 after a 27-year banking career with Wells Fargo, Union and City National Banks. His responsibilities included credit underwriting of commercial and real estate loans, business development, compliance, and regional management of portfolios totaling $1 billion in loans and deposits. Mike oversees all acquisition activities of Allmark, Inc. and managed the acquisitions of 1,184 apartment units since 2005. |

Matt Duffy- Vice President of Operations
Matt started his career in property management in the Inland Empire over a decade ago. He recently headed up the due diligence and transition team of our newest property in Tyler, Texas. In addition to his daily responsibilities of supervising the management of over 1,000 units in the Inland Empire, he is also the team leader of Allmark’s Property Enhancement Project and Positive Resident Experience Program. He sits on the Project Management and Construction department teams. Mr. Duffy received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and carries the designation of CCRM by the California Apartment Association. |

Michael Payne - Vice President
Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Statistics from University of Texas at Arlington in 1996. He joined Allmark at the beginning of 2008, after working for Texas Instruments and Mercer Human Resource Consulting for more than 11 years combined. His responsibilities with these corporations ranged from managing several thousand employees' compensation portfolios valued in the hundreds of millions to actuarially forecasting pension and health care plans valuations and tax implications also representing hundreds of millions in company liabilities and assets. Michael is Allmark's executive-on-the-ground in Texas, overseeing property operations and assisting Mike Krcelic in acquisitions. |

Debra Sans- Business Development Manager
Debra has been actively involved in multifamily leasing and management since 1989. She joined the Allmark team in 1994. During her tenure with Allmark , Debra has managed Loma Vista Woods, Vineyard Village, and Crescent Heights (sold in 2005). She recently assisted in the due diligence of our newest property in Tyler, Texas. In September, 2005, Debra was promoted to the position of Business Development Manager where she oversees new opportunities for Allmark’s portfolio. Prior to joining Allmark, Debra worked as a property manager for fee managed communities. In this position she worked closely with the asset manager to ensure the properties financial goals were being achieved. Her extensive background in property management gives valuable insight to the strategic growth of Allmark and its managed communities. Ms. Sans received her CCRM designation by the California Apartment Association in 2002 and is a licensed California Real Estate Agent. |

Jenneen Halladay – Marketing Director
Jenneen has been with Allmark since 1991 and is responsible for creating all marketing and advertising collateral materials. She holds a degree in Communications and Marketing/Advertising from Cal State University, Fullerton. Prior to Allmark she worked for Technicolor in their marketing department and was a published writer in Orange County publications. Almost all printed materials and forms, including apartment community newsletters and promotions are done-in house. Jenneen is responsible for the placement and design of ads in rental publications and in our on-line marketing sites. She monitors all rentals, occupancy rates, market trends, and performance of the leasing staff to assist management in effectively positioning a property in any given market. |

Kristy Willett- Accounting Manager
Working with Allmark for over 17 years, Kristy has extensive experience in property management accounting. Kristy serves as the corporate accounting manager and shares responsibility for the financial reporting to our clients and for Allmark. Kristy’s extensive knowledge and applied practice of information technology serves our corporate and field offices in network maintenance and technical support. She is the program administrator for Allmark’s current upgrade to the Yardi Voyager Software. Kristy efficiently delivers the insightful knowledge of a long-term, property management expert. |
